Q: How do I see an original art piece in person?
A: All ultra luxury art is sold and viewed by private appointment & viewings.
Please contact our service team to schedule an appointment.
Q: Where is S/leek located?
A: We currently offer private viewings in Dallas, TX, Las Vegas, NV, Miami, FL, and New York, NY.
Q: Is there a charge for private viewings?
A: Yes, price depends on which original one of a kind art piece you are interested in. This fee covers the cost of facilitating the delivery and viewing of each art piece. But also deters none serious buyers from using up valuable appointment times. The viewing fee is nonrefundable, however, if you purchase the art piece, the viewing fee is credited toward your balance.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Q: When buying an ultra luxury art piece will my identity be made public?
A: We never disclose the identity of a buyer unless it is the express wish of the client to publicize their identity. However, we may release sell prices to the public, but all aspects of a private sale are kept in the strictest of confidence.
Q: How do you protect my privacy information?
A: We protect your information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
PAYMENT & TRANSACTIONS
Q: I see an art piece I like, are prices negotiable?
A: Yes, all ultra luxury art pieces are priced for negotiation (within reason). However, we do not offer heavy discounts or sales.
Q: How do I purchase an ultra luxury art piece?
A: Our service team will send you a purchase agreement and invoice, which can be paid by bank transfer (this is our preferred method). You can also pay by check or cash (subject to certain restrictions and legal limits).
Certain payment methods require two forms of identity verification and proof of income. We do not accept payment plans or payment arrangements.
Q: I see an art piece I like, can you hold it?
A: We are unable to hold our one of a kind works of art. However, if you have scheduled an appointment and paid the viewing fee, we may hold the art piece for up to seven business days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Q: How will I receive my new art piece?
A: By default all ultra luxury art is shipped free of charge by museum quality shipping. Please allow up to seven business days for processing, which includes custom crating, before shipping.
Q: Can I pick up my new art piece in person?
A: In person pickup is available at any of our private viewing locations. Additional handling time may be required in order to facilitate the delivery to you.
Q: Will the artist hand deliver my new art piece?
A: Generally no, however we can try to accommodate special requests. Please feel free to contact our service team.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, all art is sold as is, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Q: How do you determine an art piece's condition?
A: All art sold by S/leek are one of a kind handmade originals with no duplicates made, not even prints. We only sale art pieces that we consider are excellent or very good condition.
We look at several factors when evaluating art for sale. The quality of the materials used, how well the art is maintained and protected, and the uniqueness of each art piece.
Please Note: It is normal for an original work of art to have minor wear and tear. This is most noticeable around the corners (edges) of an art piece. This "rawness" is what separate real authentic art from a fake.
